How does the bidding process work?
Bids can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on if you are offering tea or soft pretzels.
We schedule a convenient time to tour your space and work to fully understand your priorities. We prefer in-person meetings because it helps us understand who you are and how we can best serve you. If you are unable to meet in person, we are really handy with lock boxes, garage codes, and keys hidden in funny little rocks. Are your dogs home? No problem! We are all dog lovers!
Within 24 hours of the walk-through you will receive a proposal via email. If the proposal is acceptable, we move on to scheduling, and you are officially a Sugarshine client! Hooray!!
About our flat rate structure
Sugarshine Cleaning guarantees the same finished product at the end of each cleaning. We recognize that our team members all work at different speeds in order to achieve the same end result. We have built our flat rate structure to accommodate our clients, as well as our team. Our bid rate is fixed and will not change, regardless of the time we spend in the property.
