How much does cleaning cost?
Residential cleaning: Typically $140-$300
Move-out cleanings and first-time deep cleaning: Ranges from $300 to $800 for varying home sizes
Commercial cleaning: Ranges from $50 – $360. Like our residential services, initial deep cleaning can vary.
Vacation rentals: Typically $50 to $280 per turnover depending on size of the property, max guest occupancy, and ancillary services. Linen management available.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes! Our goal is to remove the dirt from your space, not move it around.
We supply our own Miele vacuums, mops, cleaning towels, huck towels, etc.
What kind of products do you use?
We have tried all kinds of cleaning products over many years. We have found many we like, and a handful that we LOVE!
Our core products are from Melaleuca. Our employees and our clients are super-fans of the results. They work so effectively it is amazing they are all-natural.
